When you receive a sketch from me, you can request up to 3 revisions (1 revision can contain multiple points, including a complete redraw of the picture). After the sketch has been approved and I start the lineart, major changes in composition/proportions can no longer be made. You can still request color correction and minor changes in details.

Payment: I am currently using EasyStart(bank card/stripe) as a payment method. After we confirm the details, I will inform you more about the process and send you an invoice. I am never disclosing any of my customers personal information and expect the same from the customer. Illustration commissions are paid fully upfront, VTuber model commissions are paid 50% upfront and 50% after the completion. I will be providing proof of the product being finished but will not be sending over the files until I recieve the full payment.

Cancellation and refunds: Client has the right to cancel the commission while it's still at the sketch stage. In this case I will be returning 70% of the paid amount. After the lineart has been started I will not be providing a refund. If the commission has to be canceled on my end for any unforseen circumstances, I will provide a full refund at any stage.

Additional info: English is not my native language, so please refrain from heavily text-based descriptions as I can interpret them in a wrong way. If the idea you have is very specific, a quick stick figure example will work much better. Please tell me beforehand if you have a set deadline and if I have the permission to post WIP pictures and videos on social media. I keep the right to use your commission for my portfolio after it's finished.
